Request to issue Complete/Comprehensive Account # 0400000XXXXXXXXXX History since Jan 2012 till Date to reconcile discrepancies

Dear KE officials,

This is for your information and necessary action at your end. Today i visited the BOC/IBC R/2 IBC Defence, Karachi and requested customer Services center representative to arrange or redirect me to concerned authority to issue me my account 0400000XXXXXXX Consumer # LA-80XXXXX histories since January 2012 till date. But they refused me at once, Please educate your customer services center representative to be polite and helpful. On my way outward they forcefully retrieved ticket from me.

Unfortunately KE online duplicate billing portal is outdated/not working properly , in fact it is showing 6 month billing history but all the PDF module have same Bill.

Please issue me, my account history for specified tenor without any further delay via courier to reconcile discrepancies for my record, as per my KESC agreement & company Policy.

If KE is not-able to provide complete account history with details of billing or any other penalties with in stipulated time, I reserve the right to register complain with relevant authorities.
